PRACTICING
Session Length
Practice sessions should be 30 - 45 minutes each. If you want to practice more, add more sessions, instead of practicing for a really long time.

Weekends and Holidays
On weekends and holidays, give yourself a break and have fun playing around on the instrument. Don't force yourself to stick to the routine.
